"Olineza Premium" EOOD is a leader in the food industry in Bulgaria. Its name comes from the first two products produced - OLIO and MAYONNAISE. From its establishment in 1994 until today, the company stands by its company values, principles and offers guaranteed quality and variety. "Olineza" produces ecologically clean products that comply with the requirements for natural nutrition. At the moment, the following are produced under the "Olineza" brand: finely and coarsely ground luteniks, various types of mayonnaise and emulsified sauces, ketchups, jams, various types of canned food products, mustards, mayonnaise and milk salads, as well as bottled sunflower oil, palm olein and oil . The company employs highly qualified specialists and well-trained workers, and the production base, warehouse and office are located on an area of 20 decares in the town of Kostinbrod, 8 km from Sofia. "Olineza" is a unique brand, built from the combination of impeccable quality, customer care, creativity and empathy for the protection of the environment.

Environmental protection is one of the company's priorities. "Olineza" reduces the amount of industrial waste and takes care of its processing. The Environmental Protection Officer is tasked with monitoring the dashboard indicators in each plant.
Since 2002, "Olineza" has created "OSEM" ("Olineza" Environmental Management System") to improve the company's achievements in the matter of environmental protection.

Certificates

Since 2002, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP) have been developed and introduced, which at the end of 2004 grew into a HACCP safety management system. Since 2009, the International Food Standard IFS has been developed, implemented and certified. The certification company is Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
